Arrive & Connect
Walk in and receive a warm welcome from our friendly greeters. Grab a cuppa, find a comfortable seat, and introduce yourself to a few people. Everyone remembers their first visit—we'll make sure you feel right at home.

Meeting Begins
The Toastmaster of the Evening kicks things off with the agenda. As a guest, you have one job: sit back and enjoy. No speaking required whatsoever—just observe how a meeting flows.

Inspiring Speeches
Watch 2-3 members deliver prepared speeches. You'll see speakers at all experience levels—from nervous first-timers to seasoned presenters. Notice how everyone cheers each other on with genuine encouragement.
8:00 PM
Supper Break
Time for delicious homemade food provided by our members! This relaxed break is perfect for chatting informally, asking questions about the club, and getting to know people without any structure.
